Had everything we needed,nothing was to much trouble for the very friendly and welcoming staff,located so close to shops,train and buses.So convenient

I stayed here for 2 weeks and I can say this is my most favorite and best hotel in Tokyo! Staff are super friendly and they will help with laundry and luggage services. This is my go to hotel from now on whenever I come to Japan again! Thank you all so much for making me and my partner feel welcomed!

Room a bit too small especially for 3-person rooms.

Staff was welcoming and helpful and patient with our questions. The room itself was bigger than we expected given it was Tokyo. We had a triple twin with plenty of space to open 3 suitcases. Bathroom was very clean, and towels and extra amenities like razors and q-tips were easily accessible. The bathhouse was more of a boon than we imagined. Relaxing after a long day of walking felt amazing in the hot bath. The surrounding area was also lovely - safe, quiet, and walkable. There was a shopping center nearby in addition to five convenience stores, including one connected to the lobby. The best feature of our stay, though, was the close proximity to Shiomi station. It was a 3 minute walk, and it connected us to almost anywhere in the city. I would definitely stay again.
