"Excellent beautiful hotel set in a beautiful location surrounded by vineyards.
The staff before and during our stay were exceptionally helpful- seeing to every question and helping plan a perfect itinerary and even booking all our activities, they were so friendly. The area is perfect for explore the local area - especially if you hire the local bikes.
The outdoor pool was well appreciated and the rooms felt luxurious with beautiful views.
The restaurant was good but very expensive, and rather formal dining - it would be good if there was a simpler menu offered for alternative evenings. The hotel seemed to be going through some renovations so there was a lot of construction / painting the hallways during our stay."
"Lovely hotel in a great location, right next to the Cité du Vin. The gym and pool were excellent, and the top-floor restaurant was a real highlight, well worth it for the views alone. Getting around is easy: the tram stop is a 7-minute walk and you're in the city centre within 10 minutes, with a handy food court right next door for casual evenings. A great stay all round, we'd happily return."
"Close to Tram B stop & Cité du Vin. Reception staff very kind. The room was very clean & comfortable. Kitchenette well furnished. Lighting good, including bathroom. Roomy closet. Many receptacles for plugging in cords. Breakfast options very good. Wish I had been told at check-in there were OUTSIDE shades to block the streetlights at night (& sun at times during the day) because curtains are partially sheer. I didn’t know until I saw the outer blinds from the outside of the building when I was waiting outside the hotel for my Uber to the airport on a morning the sun was shining on the front of the building & some people had them down. I never saw a control for this inside of my room. Nevertheless, I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay again."
"The hotel was too far out from town but had clean rooms with air conditioning. Could do with some snack machines inside as well. Overall it was very clean and staff friendly."
"Great place to stay in Bordeaux in the sweltering heat. Cool, with great vibe, well located just out of the centre and yet a tram ride away from all the sites."
"Very friendly reception staff. Much needed cool drink at reception on a 40+degree day. Air con throughout was fantastic. Don't look around outside as it's in a built-,up housing complex. But can't fault the hotel."
