The front desk representative that I spoke to yesterday around 3:30pm understood my concern and ended up telling me that I had to call the third party to cancel my reservation. I reached out to the third party and explained what happened. Then she reached out to the hotel and spoke to the representative that told her that she would have to call back because the manager wasn’t in. Third party did a few follow-up calls and the hotel pretty much kept me $225!! Bottom line is, TAKE UR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE because even if it’s an EMERGENCY, they won’t refund you!!

Staff was very friendly and accommodating! We actually thought they did the best they could in every situation and really enjoyed interactions with anyone on the team. The room was a great size and worked well fro our family of five with a suite. Highly recommend that part. Honestly, we've never stayed at one of these locations and would stay for the room layout/size alone. We likely will stay again even though we had some disappointments. What brought the score down was: Carpet was pretty dirty stained. 2nd floor window opened with no screen (danger with kids) Breakfast had an oven issue. But the team did amazing working so fast trying to accomodate and helping everyone with a smile. We had a family member who room did not lock so that was a safety issue that we caught at the end of the night. Thankfully, the team also moved us without issue. And lastly, we chose this location for their indoor (heated) pool. It was not working. That was a huge part of it. I'd say the issues were cosmetic and functionality. Like I said, we would stay again but hopeful another time or location is up to date.

Great stay. Very clean room and dining area for breakfast was kept spotless! Kudos to Leon regarding that! Desk staff were congenial and helpful as well! One suggestion would be to label drawer where coffee pot was stored in the our room. We did not know it was kept there until 3rd day lol! All else was wonderful. We will stay here again!

As it turns out, this is a Choice hotel. I had called the hotel front desk, asking for a 1st floor room close to lobby for easier walking. Was put in a room more than halfway down the corridor, NOT accessible, no safety bars, toilet low to floor. I had specifically told front desk I was a senior, needed a room close to entry & my grandaughter had torn ligaments in ankle. AND to add insult to issue I was upcharged by hotel $20+ for the room.

Broken elevator

We were told upon arrival that the elevators were broken and our room was on the top floor which was not something that we could really vibe with, for reasons. They made us pay for one night because we "cancelled within 24 hours" or something. I wrote a bread review on Google and they called the next day advising we were refunded. Ok I'm the end but definitely could have been handled better from the start.
