"The room was filthy. There was dried vomit on the side of the night stand and the room smelled of cigarette smoke. This was supposed to be a non-smoking room. The staff were polite and friendly."

"We stayed here for a week while attending our 60th class reunion, and it was a wonderful experience. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was exceptionally friendly, greeting our group each time we left and returned. They made us feel very welcome throughout our stay.
