April 2026, the Comfort Inn is open but is undergoing full renovations. This was not mentioned when we made our reservations. If you have allergies you, or low tolerance of, construction dust, choose another location. We had a newly renovated room, which was spotless and very comfortable. The staff were polite and efficient, and breakfast at 6am has always been good. We’ve stayed here multiple times over the last 10+ years. Giving full stars because the renovations will end soon.

This sweet little Comfort Inn was perfect for our one night stay after Gardens Aglow in Boothbay. Room was very clean and comfortable, breakfast was great but my favorite was how friendly every staff member was!

Room was clean and thankful they still offered a variety for breakfast during construction. Fresh paint smell and dusty areas didn’t bother me a lot but for others it could’ve. I’ve been to this hotel before and it was great, was looking forward to seeing if they would have a pot of soup in the lobby again- sadly didn’t happen since the entire hotel was under construction.

I stay here a couple times a year for a teaching job in Brunswick. It's comfortable, easy check-in and check-out, clean and comfortable rooms, cozy beds, and my rooms have been quiet. when the breakfast person is around, the offerings are hot and lots of choices.

Breakfast was good. You are in the middle of major renovations. The halls had debris from construction in them. It appears to me that the project should have been planned so that customers did not have to walk past rooms in the process of being rebuilt. Our room was newly renovated and nice. The shower has problems. The least was there was no place to put the soap as one takes a shower. The worst is that water from the shower flowed on to the bathroom floor instead of being contained in the shower. Try it and you will see what I mean.
