Das Zimmer war sehr gut. Das Check-in wird als einfach dargestellt, tatsächlich erinnert es mit viel Online-Bürokratie an einen Behördengang, bis schließlich der Zugang zur Unterkunft freigegeben wird. Da gute Auslastung bestand , sollte der Besitzer die Rezeption mit mehr Kompetenz als einer Reinigungskraft besetzen!

Check in was online only with no staff to help. You better be good online. Kitchen was very nice. Main shared house was great as well. We had a kitchenette in our unit but could make dinner in the huge kitchen and eat in the large house. There are only a handful of units and no staff so people felt like they had a huge house mostly to themselves. Your outside staff were nice and keep the grounds beautiful. The stone shower had a glass wall where one of the windows could open to the sight and sounds of the river right beside out. We had morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the valley. We had a car but still walked to town a few times. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful property. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

This property, situated between upper and lower Jaramillo in beautiful Boquete, is ideal for remote workers who want the peace & quiet of a tucked away spot and who might like to do a little of their own cooking. We stayed in the Juliette Suite, a cozy yet well-appointed room. The mattress & sheets were the best we've ever slept on in the entirety of the isthmus. The kitchenette was well-stocked, affording us the opportunity to prepare simple breakfasts & lunches on most days of our one-week stay. Walking around the town was easy & accessible; the road into the central business district is just steps from the property driveway, approximately 5 min. away by car & a pleasant 15-min. walk. Remote work space included the suite itself plus a massive reception area, which was very convenient & beautiful. We stayed during shoulder season, which meant that the work space (and honestly, the entire reception lounge and building it's housed in) were unoccupied 90% of the time we were working in there. WiFi was lightning fast. Other guests were so friendly & scarcely used the common space, except to prepare some easy dinners. The remote work experience in this gorgeously landscaped & beautifully appointed property was top notch! Not so top notch: a fully automated, AI heavy check-in/concierge service. There's a downside with a fully self-serve check-in/stay; the only personnel on site were 1-2 housekeepers & a gardener. We had to request basic housekeeping (garbage, clean towels) daily.

Any complication any problem after 10 pm you are on your on. If it’s a death a wreck our any type problem do not count on them. You will pay full they will do nothing to help The place is nice but if you get locked out of your room our ac does not work and complication they will do nothing to make it right. We had a great experience at La Residencia. The villa is modern and well decorated with beautiful gardens. The shared area is very large including a well stocked kitchen. The bedroom was spacious with very comfy beds. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We would love to stay here again

One night there were people who were excessively noisy past the "quiet time." The mattress was old and not comfortable. The towel bar fell off the wall. Everyone has to remove their shoes and guests pile them in front of the door. Overall, the facility was more like a college dorm than a hotel.

Nice enough property but poorly cleaned, maintenance is poor, and service is indifferent and usually not present. Dogs barking all night Could be a nice stay if problems were addressed, but management and staff just don’t seem to care.
