They don’t have a check in lobby. Check in is operated at Hotel Austria. There after, we need to find our own way to the room, which is not an easy thing to do

We enjoyed our stay at Pierre & Vacances Andorra Bordes d'Envalira. They staff was helpful and friendly. Everything was convenient and the living space was good. There was plenty of room in the main bedroom to store skis and gear. Our main issue was the parking is very tight and not included in the price. If you do park under the property you'll need to go around the block and down a hill to locate it. To leave the parking lot you'll need to scan your pass at the beginning of the exit tunnel.

An ok stay.

Check in was terrible at Hotel Austria up the road. Nobody spoke English, which was surprising for a hotel. Bad communication issues especially regarding parking. Never did find the car park, parked on the road. Apartment was clean and spacious. Beds were extremely cheap and uncomfortable. Felt the springs in the mattress. Bath had a spa bath, no plug and didn't work, so that was disappointing. It was an ok stay. It did the job for 2 nights.

Accidentada reserva, buena estancia.

La experiencia en los apartamentos de Pierre Vacances fué muy agradable. Por suerte en recepciónnos atendieron muy bien y además pudimos tener apartamento a pesar de que cuando hice la reserva en mente tinía la fecha de 26/08 y cuando nos presentamos allí resulta que en la página de Hotels, ¡oh sorpresa! habian colocado 23/09. No era la primera vez que me ha pasado. Lo que ocurre que con la pandemia hacia tiempo que no me desplazaba y este "despiste de los intermediarios" no lo recordaba, por ello no revisé la reserva, como hacia antes, para evitar errores. Desde la página de Hotels sólo he podido comunicarme por internet, a pesar de mi insisténcia de hablar por teléfono con lguien. Así no ha habido manera de arreglar el tema de la reserva y no he podido cambiar la fecha, pues no me importaria repetir, y la he perdido ya que en la que me habian colocado yo no tenia disponibilidad. Decir que desde Pierre Vacances me han atendido bien, sólo que como mi reserva era a través de un intermediario, Hotels. com, ellos no han podido arreglarlo, eso me han explicado. Así pues recomiendo a cualquier otro viajero que los apartamentos están muy bien pero que NO RESERVEN a través de Hotels. así evitarán DESPISTES . Gracias

En el correo recibido indican que el registro de entrada es de 17h a 19h, por un accidente en la carretera llegamos a las 18:35, me atendieron (me dieron la llave) pero no me dejaron hacer el checkin indicandome que volviera por la mañana (no encuentro correcto que no pudiera hacerlo por gestiones internas, haciendome volver al día siguiente, ... si hay un horario se debe cumplir o modificarlo e indicar otro para la atención al público) A parte, deberian indicar en la información de la reserva donde ir a hacer el checkin, ya que han suprimido la recepción que tenian debajo los apartamentos. Referente a los apartamentos estan bien, ya habiamos ido otras veces.

Apartamento muy grande y cómodo. Único inconveniente estaba bastante sucio todo el suelo, lleno de pelos. Muy exigentes con limpieza tras dejar el apartamento, cosa que no hay problema en hacer si luego el siguiente inquilino recibiese el apartamento en buenas condiciones (te hacen quitar sábanas, fundas nórdicas, de almohada, tirar la basura..) y no recibes el apartamento limpio..

No me gusto la experiencia con el deposito. Llegamos a las 21 horas nos dejaron la llave en una caja fuerte que supuestamente debía estar cerrada. Como nos indico el chico de recepción el domingo por la noche. Estaba abierta pero no hubo problema en eso pudimos acceder al apartamento y pasamos una agradable estancia. El problema vino al check out. Vamos a recepción a dejar la llave y nos dice de hacer el check in entonces, que quería cobrarnos 200 euros de deposito. Tras una leve discusión en la que no nos habían indicado nada por la llamada. Nos fuimos sin dejarle ningún deposito tras devolverle las llaves. Deberían habernos informado de la existencia de tal deposito por llamada o tener mas personal para atender llegadas tardías como la nuestra. Me sorprende que una empresa de apartamentos de tal calibre no tenga más personal. Pornlo demas muy correcto, los apartamentos andorranos acostumbran ha estar a la altura.
