Comunicazione migliorabile, molte delle comunicazioni contenute nella busta di benvenuto non erano valide nello specifico villaggio (basta scrivere sul foglio "Non presente"). Personale molto cortese."

"Eine sehr schöne und saubere Anlage. Jeden Tag wird in und um den Häusern geputzt. Auch der Pool wird jeden Tag gereinigt. Viele schöne Programme für Kinder und Erwachsene. Alle Personen sind sehr, sehr freundlich. Auch wenn nur Isabella an der Rezeption deutsch kann, Englisch geht auch. Wir fühlten uns sehr gut aufgehoben und können hier nur eine sehr gute Empfehlung aussprechen!"

"Thin walls, people partying in the halls all hours of the night, dog barking all hours of the night in the hallway, lobby, apartment next door. Coffee machine in lobby not working. Maid and girl at check in were nice. Other than that, no service. No response to emails or phone calls. Charge for use of kitchenette contrary to Hotels.com listing. Great location."

"Esperienza davvero deludente: porta d'ingresso chiusa, nessuna indicazione e nessuno in giro. Ho chiamato e aspettato al freddo e con la pioggia battente portata dal vento, con una bimba di 4 anni che oggi ha febbre. Ci sono state consegnate le chiavi e siamo stati accompagnati in una stanza fredda (accendere prima?!) in un'atmosfera d'albergo freddo e deserto tipo Shining. Fatta doccia calda (non erano stati messi asciugamani per la bimba: richiesti). Abbiamo dormito bene e lasciato la stanza...

"We stayed in a one bedroom apartment with a side seaview and two small balconies. The apartments are minutes from a lovely beach with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby and a small grocery store around the corner. The kitchen had everything we needed but no kettle ( we used a pan) or tea towels or dishcloth. The apartments have a carpark a short walk away for €6 per day but we managed to park on the nearby streets for free during our stay. We had no problems with night time noise and slept...

"The front desk staff was helpful with parking and reservations at the hotel restaurant. We got a room with a great view and a balcony. San Marino is very high on a big hill and the hotel is near the parking lot that is closest to the top"
