Very clean and quiet! Pool area with hot tub was great! Breakfast options were plentiful and delicious! Our disability access room was very nice but the beds were quite high and my disabled mother had difficulty getting in and out of bed. Would have been nice to have a couch for seating in the room too.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The rooms are modern and comfortable. There are a couple restaurants nearby and a Dollar Store in easy walking distance. Breakfast is pretty standard fare.

There was a domestic violence situation that happened down the hall. I called the front desk and they were quick to call local law enforcement.
All staff were very pleasant the beds were comfortable, and the rooms were clean.

We stayed three nights..two of the mornings we were awakened early by incessant barking of dogs!!!
Did not like that! We don’t feel like that should be allowed in a nicer facility like this. Probably go where there are no dogs next time.

The front desk was very helpful about joining the rewards program. The room was clean and bed was very comfortable. I loved the dove products offered in the bathroom. Nice touch. Will be staying again.

Hmmm
Hot tub not working, crap breakfast stuff and ran out off breakfast. Took 1hr or longer to get housekeeping to pickup trash and replace towels after calling front desk. Need maintenance work in room small items. Parking lot to small in front. Needs larger trash cans . Grandkids did like the pool . Front desk staff nice. It’s just the small things that add up. Rooms are priced to high for what u get.

Everything looked clean and new, and the room was spacious. The only drawback was that the stove was not working, so there was no hot breakfast.

I had booked 2 rooms, 1 for my daughter and one for my wife and I. The information on the location said "pet friendly". i looked for any kind of restrictions and found none. I had asked that the rooms be next to each other and told no problem. When my daughter arrived she told them she had a dog and was told that they would have to move to the 2nd floor, which was being remodeled because the 4th floor had already been remodeled. We understood and were not upset until we saw a dog on our floor and confirmed with the owner that they were staying on that floor.
Also, two of the three mornings of our stay there was no hot food due to the ovens (plural, is what the sign said) being out. I have difficulty thinking that more than one oven went out at once. Was one already out and they procrastinated on the repair and then were caught with their pants down??

We do apologize about the mix up with the floors pets are allowed on. This is a fairly new policy. We will be working with our staff to make sure this issue doesn't happen again. Also we want to apologize for the confusion by the signs posted that inferred we have more than one oven as we do not. Unfortunately this is an advanced piece of equipment that cannot be fixed quickly and requires a technician to service. Again we apologize that our hot meat & egg options were not available during your visit. We do hope you give us another chance to show you a great stay in the future.

Spa was broken, pool not heated, late in opening for breakfast this morning, shower head difficult to adjust and probably plugged up, no towel racks, towels should be close to the shower and not across the bathroom.

My wife and i together with our little baby had a good experience in this place. It was quite & relaxing and thats what we needed for our anniversary. Rooms are clean and well maintained. My wife loved the breakfast buffet due to the varieties. I recommend for any visitor

The staff were very friendly and accommodating especially the breakfast area workers. Also enjoyed the breakfasts. The room was quiet and clean
My complaint is that the bathtub was very slippery. We put a hand towel on the tub floor so we wouldn't slip. I also would have liked a vent in the bathroom.

When we checked in my husband very nicely brought the overflowing outside trash to the attention of Alicia who checked us in. Her response was “that’s not my job.” My daughter went down to the desk a little later and said to Alicia “just a piece of advice, when a paying customer of your establishment brings something that needs to be taken care of to your attention the appropriate response should be I’ll take care of it, not it’s not my job. That makes this place look bad.” My daughter was then told by Alicia “well I’m the only one here. You are welcome to stay somewhere else.” The overflowing trash near the front door looked terrible and makes for a poor first impression as well as a danger to people who are allergic to bees as an overflowing trash encourages them.

The cost for our dog.. $100 fee.. well never go there again due to that.. otherwise everything else was good. You need to put check on pet fee on your site... we would not of gone there...
