"The hotel is fine, but getting in is a bit of a maze. We also received an email the day before telling us we could park on site and they would validate our parking. We came to leave to get parking validated and they said they didn't do that, we have to pay. The fact I had an email from them saying otherwise didn't seem to matter and they showed no concern this email gets sent as standard and had no interest when I suggested changing it.
