"We had an amazing time and felt so well cared for. The staff was very attentive. The room was probably one of the nicest I’ve stayed in. Everything was so new and clean. We really enjoyed the breakfast on the terrace. It was a great location, close to the Medina and not too far from the airport. The staff kindly arranged for taxi transportation. My only regret is that I couldn’t stay longer! "

"The home itself is large, secure, and suitable for many types of families, including children if the playhouse in the courtyard becomes accessible. There are some mosquitoes but this is the climate in Tunis. This home has many antiquities which I enjoyed. "Although I called 48 hours beforehand to let them know when I was arriving, I never heard back. When I arrived, I couldn't contact the agency because the address given was incorrect. (The person responsible said he had lost his mobile for 6 hours.) It took 3 hours to contact him. A very nice lady who saw I was in need of help took me to her home and called him. However, she even took me to the correct address which he gave her. After that, the stay was nice other than the upstairs neighbors...
