"We stayed here for two nights with our family of four, including our four-year-old with special needs and a newborn, and overall we had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed and well cared for. Lorena at the front desk was incredibly helpful, kind, patient, and knowledgeable. When we noticed that our original room had a very strong cleaner smell, we spoke with Manager Jessica, who was absolutely amazing. She was prompt, accommodating, and quickly arranged for us to be moved to a new room. She even went the extra mile by bringing our family a thoughtful gift, which was such a kind and personal touch. Throughout our stay, staff regularly checked in with us via text message and phone calls to make sure everything was going well and to see if we needed anything. They truly went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and satisfied. Housekeeping was also excellent—very prompt and attentive. Each day they made sure we had everything we needed, from fresh towels and coffee to keeping the room spotless. Anytime we called for something, they were quick to respond and deliver. The rooms and the hotel itself are beautiful.
