"Great clean spot as always, staff is helpful and their places are always well put together. Only thing that came up on this trip was late at night their elevator went down so had to wait a bit to get to my room, maintenance man let me in on their service elevator. This doesn’t change anything about how great this spot is. Will come again when I travel to Fargo."

"I didn’t get names, but the two male staff- one was an evening shift, then the overnight shift were truly amazing! They were very courteous, friendly and attentive. The next morning, a female was working who was also wonderful. She was extremely friendly and accommodating with situations we had arise. We loved our first room on the 4th floor! The pool area is well kept, clean and the kids had so much fun. We were grateful for a hot breakfast as well. I would recommend this hotel, I felt safe, it was clean and the staff were top tier."

"The girls at the desk were friendly and helpful on check in and checkout. That process was quick as well. I could smell the cleanliness right when I walked in, fresh and clean is comforting. The room was good sized, clean ,beds were comfortable .The location is convenient, although that area of Fargo is a little sketchy if you’re unfamiliar, just a lot of movement in the area. Nothing to worry about. Pool was clean and warm. The only thing was the hot tub wasn’t working , that sucked, I was looking forward to that, a reason why I booked there. But I did enjoy the pool , it was late and just us in it and it was nice and warm so it was fine, everything else made up for it! If you’re looking for luxury, this ain’t the place , that’s going to cost you, this was reasonable , affordable. If you’re looking for a clean , welcoming , conveniently located, laid back place with a friendly staff that’s affordable., then this would be the spot. I would definitely come back and suggest it if asked. !!"

"The girl who helped check us in (Araya or something like that?) was an absolute sweetheart and she was so patient while being overwhelmed by a lineup of guests, followed by a bus full of young hockey players. Just a very pleasant demeanor. The room was nice, bed comfortable and there were many useful amenities, though the shower lacked pressure (my only criticism) The free breakfast the next morning had a great selection of hot and cold items, juices, etc. (though the coffee was about as strong as a fourth pass through a filter full of grounds lol) Nice pool area as well, though we didn't find time to partake!"
