Staff were super friendly and helpful. The food was delicious. The spa was lovely (but busy) and the two hours I had with my room was sufficient. The hotel decor was lovely. Holiday Inn Gloucester-Cheltenham by IHG
Everything was good. Had to wait much longer than expected to check in and was given a complimentary drink at the bar. Very nice gesture as it wasn’t hotels fault

Friary House Serviced Apartments by Roomsbooked - 24Hr Reception
Nice, central location. Quays nearby, so plenty of choices to eat/drink as well as the city centre being right there. Apartment was spacious, clean, recently refurbished by the look of it. Bed was comfortable, plenty of space in the apartment, nice kitchen and bathroom.

Old Infirmary
Beautiful details and decoration, very well situated to the town and parking just outside . Realky lovely touches , a small gift bag of Molton Brown essentials which was a lovely suprise ! Super comfy bed and sofa . I look forward to going back!
