"Te room was musky and had a felling of being enclosed. The towels are home towels and not hotel towels. It's not a hotel it's more of ablarge home adapted for room occupancy. The lobby is a kitchen and the office is under a stair case Wich makes it look adapted and unprofessional. There is also no parking. "

"We had a wonderful stay. Staff was very friendly. We only had one minor setback. Our door battery was low and it wouldn’t let us in. Once fixed all good. Breakfast was delicious! Location was ideal. We were 14 minutes from downtown Monterrey and minutes away from multiple restaurants. Overall our 5 night stay was great. "
