When we returned they was no room available and they offer us a room to take shower and have to wait for the boss to return before a room is available because there was no key to the room that was available. He also told us that we need to change room again the next day. We asked for a refund since at that point there was no room available for us and the staff said he can’t refund. "Wonderful and great stay! The room I got is premier and it’s so spacious! Loved the space and it’s very clean and cosy. The Jap restaurant downstairs the hotel serves great food and so convenient for a meal. There is also the Aaron station18 mall just behind the hotel with great shopping and food. All in all a great boutique hotel and location. Will stay here again when back next time. "
