But check in process has big problem. it is not a first time for me. two month ago when I visited here was similar. at that time, hotel couldnt find my reservation, and this time my room was not allocated. it looks your, hotels.com, problem, not Hyatt. and my friend visit here together with me also has problem which cannot find his reservation."

"Everything was good Only the shuttle area at SOF airport is no good signs and all most of the people don’t talk English and we can’t get the shuttle from terminal 2 And the air conditioner at the room wasn’t working- a lot of times the guys help us and fixed and after les than an hour is stop working again🙃 isn’t nice"
