"Lovely breakfast and incredible view. Staff were also very friendly and polite. Only issues were that our door wouldn’t close a couple of times during our stay which meant going up and down to reception and waiting for someone to fix it. Also only in Norway have we had to pay extra for the spa which is disappointing "

"The best part was the night time view from our window. And now the reality of actually staying there, Arctic Mary Rooms "Hotel". 1. Nice front door,with a pile of junk ceiling high at the side. 2. Needed a torch to operate key code pad outside, making a loud noise with every touch. 3. Boots strewn all over the hallway causing me to trip when entering. 4. Misdescribed Superior Room, no mention of shared bathroom and toilet. 5. Only one thin pillow each, contacted the manager (he had emailed us, to ask him for anything we need) but absolutely no reply from him. Rolled up our quilts as pillows and winter coats used for blankets. 6. Kitchen table, worktops, sink and hob covered in dirty old dishes and food scraps. 7. Dishwasher rammed full and not working. Not even one clean cup or plate to be found. 8. Cigarette stubs outside our room and smokers at open front door. 9. Constant loud stomping up wooden stairs for the bathroom and toilet, playing loud music in the shower, wet towels always on the floor, dirty shower full of product bottles 10. Smeared excrement on toilet seat, I had to clean before use, and blood smear on the wall by the bin. 11. Second night at 0130 in the morning loud door bell was rung every few seconds for about 30 minutes, then at 0155 loud shouting inside, I had to get up and call down for quiet. 12. Third night, double booking of room next to us, family was thrown out after midnight, with 45 minutes of crashing and yelled arguments in italian "
