"It’s about 20 minutes from the pier and the main town, but honestly, everything on the island takes 20–40 minutes to reach by motorbike. However, there’s a mini market right in front of the hotel, and they also sell gasoline, which is very convenient. The room was wonderful, but what really stood out was the bathroom. "This property is on the most beautiful beach in the area. White sand beach leads to turquoise ocean with snorkelling right off the beach. The staff is warm and welcoming and our deck was 3 feet from the pool which overlooks the ocean a few steps below. It is located in a small quite village with many small restaurant but if you want more action many of the restaurants in Canadista will give you a ride there and back or you can have a driver take you for $4-5."

"The staff are friendly and generous with their time. Relaxing Villa, interesting wildlife around, forest sounds, local activities close by.
Pool is refreshing - maybe bring floaties for younger kids as the pool doesn’t have a shallow end (although we forgot to bring any and our kids have become much stronger swimmers in the few days we have been here!)
Big fans of Gede and the team. He escorted us to the local waterfall and has great suggestions for activities in the area.
