"Lovely hotel, looks like the photographs. Food was brilliant, I usually dislike buffets however the food was very tasty with variety. Majority of the staff were lovely, however some were very rude. Reception staff (except the porter who was absolutely lovely, always had a smile on his face!) were very rude, didn’t even say bye or asked about our stay at check out. Asked to change our bedsheet one night as the baby had an accident and the staff member sent was extremely rude and was cursing us in...

"We had an excellent 6 days here - could always find something to satisfy us food wise. Properties were a little dated by so clean and lovely we overlooked the age. The music nightime entertainment around the pool was a bit loud and travelled through to the rooms as they are not sound proofed. This did not ruin our experience and we would recomend the hotel to others."

"Water runs out of the bathroom tub. Management was notified and they quick to check what was wrong and the quick fix they perform did not solve the problem. Room cleaning was not done timely and I had to call each time it was still not done before 2 PM. Food was average for a 4 star hotel. Not enough variety. Did not ever serve shrimp or salmon during the whole week we stayed there. For a place on the Mediterranean coast, not serving shrimp or salmon is not normal"
