"Certain small issues in the room but overall a very good stay. Parking access did not work well."

"The hotel location was perfect! Just a few minutes walk from all the events at the center of town. The room was spotless, the bedding very comfortable and great quality. The staff was very friendly and helpful but they were so short staffed they were unable to hold our luggage until the afternoon on our departure day ( because they would need to close the hotel for a few hours). There was no other luggage storage option in town so we had to walk around with our luggage for 3 hours ( until our train departure time). For a 4 star hotel, that was not great…"

"What a wonderful property it was. We decided to book our stay there for our Belgian honey moon close to Boullion and we had a wonderful experience. The owners are very kind and welcoming. We had a wonderful breakfast. Just the perfect place to unwind after a full day of exploring and hiking the Wallonian country side. Very close to the loop of the giant viewpoint and hiking trails. "

"A beautiful hotel in a fabulous riverside location opposite Bouillon chateau. A choice of restaurants and bars within the hotel plus many others close by. Good parking available in the garage."
