The front desk service was great. Breakfast was hot and what we expected. Decent. The rooms are very dated, in need of repair and updates and smelled moldy. But....I wanted a 2 bedroom suite with a kitchen and living room and not many places offer that. It was close to everything so great location.

Honest appraisal.

Al was well excepting the Elevator. It was noisy, slow and the inside walls wall paper was PEALING!? The rest of the facility was very good. It is obviously an older facility but the remodel was well done.

Room was very run down. Light bulbs needed to be replaced. Internet wasnt very good. Has to reconnect super often even when not leaving the room. Body wash dispencer has broken off and no one reattached it. Power outlet didnt work. TV was super laggy when using remote. Only decaf coffee in room. No teas or regulsr coffee

Stayed a week room never serviced Evan after request for clean towels didn’t get them.They were housing 15 van loads of people No service for sidewalks and parking lot after snow events.whole place smells of marajawana Glad to be out of there didn’t feel safe

The hotel itself needs updating and repairs. Its run down. The staff was friendly for the most part. The Saturday AM breakfast lady was rude.
