"We had a great time at this property. It is a lovely old building with beautiful inner courtyards and an excellent restaurant. There is an outdoor pool which my husband took advantage of and the hotel is located next to a
spa. Unfortunately the
spa is closed at the moment for renovations with no date given for reopening. The bedroom was well decorated and the bed extremely comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Bourbon L’Archambault is an interesting historical town and well...

"Having stayed at the Hotel before we were expecting a similar good experience and it didn't disappoint. Rooms are comfortable but perhaps in need of modernising somewhat.
Food, both dinner and breakfast was very good. Staff were very pleasant and attentive. "

Traditional stylish hotel with great staff
" One of the declining number of traditional 3/4 star village/small town hotels that are being replaced by the bland massive chains
The staff were brilliant, especially Head Waitor Luc who was charming, interesting and very helpful. The village with its castle is very run down with a large derelict hospital, numerous closed hotels and empty shops, but still worth a visit as a stop over."
