"Linen not included had to pay extra, had to leave a large deposit. Reception barely open, and contact number never answered or responded.
Property not very clean on arrival, but for the price the property was pretty good. Pool opening times not convenient for use in conjunction with skiing!"

"It was ok but expensive for what we got.We were told they were no towels as the hotel was full! Thereâs no room cleaning. Make your beds on arrive. Strip them and fully clean the room when you leave. And the lady in rebel ski hire was vile we had 2 children first pair of boots were to small she wasnât happy about changing them probably the wrong time of the month not the experience would expect in a hire shop. Nice little supermarket on site and friendly lady."

"Appartement and location were very good overall. Itâs ski in ski on a popular run so thatâs great. The checkout procedure really lets the whole experience down and hurried they ask you to remove all bed linen and towels and place them in bags outside of the door on top of cleaning the kitchen and removing rubbish. If the cleaners are changing bed linen they can already remove it. They want you out prior to 10am after all this is done. "

"Nice room. No fitted sheet but it was clean and had a nice kitchenette. The staff was very helpful and even let us store our bags the next day while we walked around town. "
"We spent one night at the Miura hotel for the second time! Great check-in experience. Even received a room upgrade. The breakfast and dinner were delicious. "
"Liked the look of the hotel from the booking site reasonable price and location. Room was large , bed was comfy, location quiet and a good shower. Short walk to the lake where we luckily caught a bar for a beer before it closed it was Sunday afternoon. Eat in the restaurant next to the hotel which good although like the UK eating out in France is not the cheapest. Only issue we had was when a member of staff marched into our locked room without knocking. It was a bit embarrassing as I was about to shower. No apology until we raised it with the reception staff. But on the whole it was a good overnight stay. If you are heading north from here towards Calais and not in a busting hurry I would recommend the D road route towards Bourg-en-Bresse. Very pretty via beautiful gorges and cuts out some tolls and saves on back tracking into Chambery which was a bit of a mess to pick up the Autoroute."
"Great stay, new property, amazing staff, personalised service! Would definitely recommend. Anyone I encountered from Reception to bar and restaurant staff was excellent and went out of their way to look after me. Pool facilities were excellent and clean! Will come back many more times!"
