Great hotel!

It was just an overnight stay. Found Central Park last minute as I needed a rest. What a lovely hotel. Staff were brilliant. Friendly, helpful and efficient. Breakfast was included. Arrived at the restaurant at 7am so got a window table overlooking Bournemouth Beach. Lovely view as it was a sunny morning. Had the best night's sleep ever! I certainly recommend this hotel.

The best aspects of this hotel are its excellent location, the quality of the restaurant, the cleanliness, and the kindness of the staff. A very lovely lady named Mina was working at the Crab Restaurant. She was well-behaved, polite, and very patient.

The staff were amazing they saw to our every need including a suitable room and car parking. They couldn’t do enough for us they upgraded us to a higher floor to see the air show which was brilliant 10/10

A good location for a stay in Bournemouth, close to a lot of restaurants, the pier, the high street and the cinema. Staff were all very nice, especially the receptionist chap. The breakfast was fine but a few more cooked options would have been better.

The first room was not right for me. Although a big room, mattress needed changing. Also very noisy from outdoors The staff were so helpful and changed me to hugh floor , nucer view of the sea. Very happy
