"First time I have stayed here. A real find. A bit quirky but overall excellent. Rooms come with fridge which vontained some fresh smoked salmon and Brie plus ol and water. Also breakfast is a very good DIY with granola and yogurts provided plus croissants and French pastries, jams etc. Also the hotel has a brilliant restaurant which you have to book as the locals know about it too. The car park can be a little tight and the stairs no lift would challenge the infirm. Overall a fabulous good value place"

"The house was lovely, although quite remote. Beautiful views and bright big windows. The light in the bathroom didn’t work and the bed upstairs had shifting slats (broken, I think). Otherwise a beautiful home and a pleasant stay. "
