"It was way better than expected for $100 a night. The room, bathroom, and gym are very spacious, well equipped & maintained. The only downside side is the pool water was cloudy for most of my stay."
"At the initial check in everything was fine and the staff was nice. We went to the room and immediately noticed a roach crawling on the counter and dishwasher. My husband went down stairs and spoke with the lady at the front desk and they gave us a different room on the other side of the building.
We assumed that maybe it was just in that room and it came from the previous person who stayed there. Everything seemed fine with the new room but we decided to keep our bag closed just in case. We went to sleep and once we woke up noticed a dead roach on the floor.
We went down stairs and checked out immediately. The guy at the front desk apologized and said that we would need to go through Hotels.com if we wanted a refund for the remaining nights that we paid for (we hadn't even asked for a refund at the point).
Once we left I waited a few hours before contacting Hotels.com because I was waiting for a confirmation email from this hotel to show that we left early (it did come come until 2 days later).
We are currently waiting to hear back from Hotels.com on a refund for the lost days. We submitted photos of the roach infestation to the site. I would not recommend someone to stay here."
"This hotel location was awesome as always. The only drawback this time was I wasn’t aware that they had removed the personal coffee pots from the rooms themselves and so therefore, in order to get morning coffee, you have to go downstairs to the lobby to get it. I understand the movement for recycling, reducing, reusing, etc., but having a fresh cup of coffee in your room ready to go when you get out of the shower is also a very nice experience. So I did miss that part. It will not deter me from coming back in the future at all because we have family near Cannon Air Force Base, and we will still be visiting and staying here from time to time."
