"Cabins are lovely and plenty roomy and practical for a several day dtay( cleaned and restocked daily. There is a walkable path directly to lake Louise directly across the street - this is golden!! Our cabin had a back patio facing g the woods behind the property and mountain and it felt like we were in the middle of the forest, with a view for miles out. Deer and porcupines ramble by, The grounds are lovely and set the perfect mood."

"We stayed at the Fairmont Chateau the first week of June 2025...it is an amazing property...magical is the only word to describe the breauty of the property. We were greeted to a wonderful bottle of prosecco and a scrumptous lemon chocolate tart in celebration of our 50th anniversary. The property has a wide array of restaurants from the $$$$$ to $$$. The staff and food at all of them were excellent! The hotel staff was friendly and went above the service one experiences at other hotels...from setting up your luggage to fetching a bucket of ice...can't wait to return!

"Post Hotel treats you like Royalty. They take care of every detail of your stay from shuttles to anything you need. We asked where a microwave to pop popcorn and they brought one to our room! We asked how to cool the room down and they brought a portable air conditioner. Everyone was extremely nice. You can walk to a small grocery and bakeries to get sandwiches made for your hike. You can eat on property or a few restaurants at other lodges are a walk or short car drive away. The pool is the cleanest I’ve ever seen. There are beautiful fresh flowers everywhere. Check out the library on the second floor and Enjoy tea in the main lobby. The convenience to Lake Louise (leaves every half hour and drops you right in front of the Fairmont) and Lake Moraine (did cost money but the service and convenience was appreciated) using their shuttle is so convenient. I can’t say enough about the service and beautiful facility. The location would be perfect to access the entire area. You are right in the middle of Banff, Emerald Lake, the Ice Highway, and so much more.
