"Enjoyed our staff at the lake Louise inn. Staff are always wonderful, and we love the buffet breakfast in the lodge. We stayed in lodge 2 and it felt a bit outdated and run down but we still had a great stay. Will be back in 2 weeks to stay in a deluxe room this time."

"We had another incredible stay at Fairmont Lake Louise. My family has been coming here for over 30 years, and it continues to exceed expectations every time.
The views are absolutely unreal, the rooms are comfortable and well maintained, and the entire property is just stunning. What really stands out is the service — every team member goes above and beyond.
We were also celebrating our daughter Mia’s birthday, and the staff made it feel extra special, which meant a lot to us.
Truly one of the most beautiful and well-run hotels in the world. Already looking forward to coming back."

"Very impressed with a relaxing and fun atmosphere. A pre-dawn walk around the lake as the sun came up was priceless. Breakfast was a great change of pace from the regular offerings at most places. 5+ stars for sure!!"

"The cabins were quite charming, but staff was not helpful - we arrive an hour early with a little kid desperate for a bathroom, and no we weren’t allowed cause our room wasn’t ready. Not only that, when we came back after checking time, the room still wasn’t ready, and because there are no amenities on site, the front desk told us to go to the gym to kill time. The hotel is remote, so there’s nothing around for miles. Incredibly unhelpful, and not set up for families. Their wifi is also terrible - had we known we would have come more prepared to be off grid with little kids. There is also no food anywhere except driving into a convenience store in lake Louise - again had we known, we would have come prepared. Just not as advertised and no hospitality at all."
