"When we first went into our room we found that we could not close the curtains. They sent someone to the room and they were able to fix them. The toilet in our room was very low in height. Best of luck with that if you have issues with your knees. The pillows were uncomfortable. There was mold on one of the walls in the very small bathroom. The people next to us were going from room to room slamming doors along the way until 3 am. The "included continental breakfast" eating area was nice, though there was a sign on each table stating that if you want bacon with your breakfast the cost is an additional $5, and an additional $6 for sausages. Underground parking on site was an an additional $27 and was convenient with an elevator that goes to each floor of the hotel. We will not return to this hotel. "

"Comp breakfeast was delicius. Nice, quiet, area to eat with friendly stàff. Thabkfully, I brought my own kettle to boil water for babies bottle. Pool was clean and warm, however wish i had water toys for lids to play with."

"Pool was not working. Elevators were not working. Wifi was not working. But the car alarm outside the room that went off intermittently between 11 and midnight was definitely working. Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly. Management has let them down. "

"From the moment we pulled up we were greeted by the friendliest bellman, he was funny and very helpful. Check in was a breeze, we were greeted with smiles and chocolate. The room was clean and the extras were appreciated. The restaurant attached was excellent as well, delicious food and top knotch service, our server was amazing and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Had one of the "Crow" suites, was awesome view, room was spacious,clean, and comfortable. We were off season so most amenities in the area were closed. The restaurant in the hotel was open and food was good. I would stay here again, in a flash."
