"Clean hotel. But noisy and hard to sleep. Very little or no noise dampening insulation between floors and rooms. You shouldn't be able to hear the guy next door urinate in his toilet or hear his phone vibrate. The room doors slam shut and would wake the dead. "

"Very worn down, room smelled of smoke terribly even though non smoking, floors filthy, doors and trim falling apart. Was recently “renovated “ a few years ago by slapping on paint to try to cover flaws. Lobby had awful food smell. Appears management lives in the hotel/lobby full time. "

"Nice hotel. The bath water was warm but not hot. The stopper in the tub closed but wouldn’t open up. I had to pry it open. The room was nice and clean. The staff was excellent! Breakfast was good. We didn’t use the pool or hot tub. The soda machine took my money, and when I told the front desk attendant she said “yeah it took mine a few days ago” but obviously she didn’t label the machine as not working. "

"I chose this hotel based on its positive reviews, but unfortunately our experience didn’t match. We were placed on the 4th floor despite noting during booking that we were traveling with an 18-month-old, and within the first 10 minutes we had a noise complaint called on us, which was frustrating given the circumstances. I asked to be moved to a lower floor, but the request was refused due to a wedding party staying at the hotel. I was told they couldn’t downgrade me to a queen room, which was disappointing as we were simply looking for a more practical arrangement with a young child. The pool was advertised as heated, but it was very cold and not enjoyable to use. Additionally, the pillows were quite uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Overall, I was disappointed, especially since I had higher expectations based on the reviews. Needless to say, I will not be staying here in the future."
