"The Room was ok. The staff - Rosa is the worst I checked out of my room and realized I left my prescription in the drawer and asked her if I could please pick it up, this is something I need to take for the rest of my life and she said no that house keeping never turned in any of my medication. I said please check the drawer she said no call and talk to the manager tomorrow and she said I am hanging up now! This is really sad that they will not give me my prescribed medication. Rude and very unprofessional. I will never stay here again."

"I’m just saying that the photos were deceiving. There was no breakfast just coffee at the entrance.. the hallway smell like dog the towels had stains and holes. There was no cooking utensils to use for the kitchen that was provided in the room. The room smell like cigarettes, cigarette butts or on the windowsill. The furniture was chewed by animals. I had minimum funds to work with, so I couldn’t get another room at a different location. I was disappointed specially when there was no parking."

"The best part of staying here is the beds. I was exhausted and the beds were so comfortable. I like having a little couch and a Keurig in the room. I do miss the old rooms with the Snoopy decorations, but the hotel is definitely fancier than it used to be. The shower was mid, low water pressure but very clean and plenty of towels. Also, the towels were really nice. The staff is always so friendly and helpful from checkingi in to check out. and all the Housekeeping ladies were all really nice. It is really super close to Knotts Berry Farm and the marketplace. You could literally walk to the Knotts bakery and get coffee and pastries for breakfast. We had a great stay. Please bring back Snoopy meeting greets in the lobby."

"Doesn't look like much coming in. But once you go to check in desk meet the friendly staff, a husband and wife. Both of which are extremely kind, attentive, detail oriented, and focused on guest satisfaction. Once you get to the room it is surprisingly better then you would expect from your normal motel experience.i was relieved how clean they are. Then add the almost full size fridge and freezer vs standard mini fridge, 50 inch flat screen smart TV with all the apps you need for entertainment during downtime, tile floors, as well as upgraded nice granite like countertops with Cherry Wood furnishings. The bed was actually comfortable too! Honestly I can say I haven't recienved this kind of customer service service out of the highest rated hotels available. They care and it shows. I definitely recommend!!"

"It's stated it has a restaurant but doesn't..Wyndham in Colorado Arizona and Utah sevre a free full breakfast. The continental here is awful."

"There was never enough hot water to take a shower. There were two of us in the room and one got about 6 minutes of hot water and then the second person got no hot water. Ridiculous. The people above us sounded like they were bowling. And although the property is no -smoking, it wasn't enforced."
