"Very central to a lot of areas in Dallas but overall I’m very disappointed in this hotel. The staff was very kind and allowed us to have a late check out. But the pictures online were VERY deceitful. Roaches everywhere, the door to the closet missing, shower had cracks and soap holder missing from it, cough had so many unknown stains, dirty towels and bedsheets (even after the room was being cleaned). Breakfast was basically just waffles, coffee, tea, and muffins. Overall not a good place at all! They need to renovate immediately, will not be here again."

"I had the displeasure of interacting with Zaria for both check ins. She was very unprofessional and rude. I wrote off the first interaction as her maybe having a bad day but her attitude was even worse the second time she assisted us with checking in. She set the tone for our stay both times and we won't be back. Customer service is NOT for her by any stretch... she needs to find something else to do for a living."

"Ac was broken in initial room. New room was dirty and toilet wouldn’t flush. "

"Property was disappointing and mot in a safe area at all. Parking lot full of trash and questionable people hanging around. Staff were polite. Room a bit smelly. Bed not comfortable for long stays."

"AC was cold that’s about the best thing about this place. There was stains all over the bed and bed covers the bath tub looked like it had a gunshot through it. Stinks like weed I could not sleep at night because the smoke of getting stronger and stronger if you just need a room to stay in and don’t care about your door, not closing all the way your curtains being almost see-through then go for it."

"We had to leave before we used the room. My dad back home became seriously ill and was hospitalized and we had to return home. The hotel should have refunded the room or provided a voucher for a future stay. "
