"Requested and received an ADA room. The two problems I've been having is 1)clearing the bathtub rim with my foot so I don't fall into the tub, and 2)sitting down and getting up from the toilet. The ADA room features a roll in shower and grab bars around the toilet. "

"The hotel overall was decent but some areas were in need of repair. The elevator was not operational and I was assigned a second floor room which was difficult as I was traveling with my adult disabled child whose mobility is diminished. When asked if a ground room floor was available, I was told the same type of room (king) wasn’t available. I said any room would do but was told that it couldn’t be changed. Luckily I was able to get us up the stairs. The room was clean, the bed was decent, and the water pressure in shower was great. The air conditioner was so-so and several of the tv channels weren’t coming through (poor signal message). The breakfast was the standard hotel breakfast but the only beverage available was juice. No coffee or water. However the morning desk attendant was very friendly so it was nice to leave on a high note! "

"Staff was incredibly friendly. The place was generally mostly clean but we did notice a couple areas that got missed. Overall enjoyed our stay! Just wish they had pancakes or waffles for the kids."
