"Continental breakfast was very light basically cereal, bars, coffee, juice. Staff behind thick glass at check-in definitely gave the feeling that we were not in a safe area. Although we had a quiet stay. The elevator seemed a bit sketchy. We are traveling with a one year-old and our room was on the third floor. We preferred taking the stairs rather than the elevator"

"Checking in felt like I was a burden on the girl working the front desk. Was not very friendly or welcoming. The rooms seem outdated. Very dark and the lighting is so odd just to get some balanced light in the room once it’s dark outside. Housekeepers are extremely loud early in the mornings. Slamming door, talking very loudly, slamming things down on their carts, moving things around loudly in the rooms. You hear every little sound outside your door so if you had noisy neighbors like me, you won’t get much sleep. Only pleasant experience was checking out the girl at the desk was very kind and had a smile on her face. Only person I saw who works there that ever smiled."

"Came to visit Stevenson University, which is only a 7 minute drive from this hotel. Very friendly staff upon arrival & leaving. Breakfast was excellent. The rooms are very nice, no microwave though. Have to go down to kitchen to use the microwave. Nice pool & fitness center. Plenty of shopping centers and restaurants within a 3 mile radius of the hotel. We ate at Red Lobster. This hotel does have shuttle service. My husband and son's loved the stay and we will definitely stay here the next time we come to Owings Mills."

"The breakfast was 2 granola bars and juice, the doors would not close properly, no shower curtain, mice were running between rooms, walls were stained and it smelt like smoke. Wifi also non existent."

"This was one of the best hotels I've stayed in. I thought it was a little sketchy from the outside surroundings. However, the hotel was beautifully furnitured and the room were extremely nice. The front desk staff were extremely nice and accomodating. Extremely professional all the way around."

"As soon as we got in the room smelled like cigarettes which I selected a nonsmoking room. Sheets had stains and hair as well. I wouldn’t consider it for a future stay. "
