We enjoyed our stay. My child liked the waterslide. The pool was a bit cold, I guess that's why they had the pool room so warm. The breakfast is ok. The beds are comfortable. The pillows are a bit too big for our liking, our family likes a little thinner pillows.

Great staff, kind and efficient. Clean comfortable room. Breakfast was adequate . Pool and pool slide was lots of fun. Close to shopping and restaurant's. Freeway access very close by.

It was in good shape for an older property and it was clean. There were several homeless people on the perimeter. While my heart goes out to homeless people, they do need to keep their area neat and tidy.

When we arrived, we immediately noticed that it was next-door to a homeless shelter. There were individuals who appeared to be living on hotel premises in tents, urinating in public, naked individuals on hotel premises, and police appearing to frequent there. Although the pictures looked nice and rated as family friendly, I would say the surrounding area is unsafe for that category. Ended up not checking in and going somewhere a little more friendly for children with safety as the motivating priority.

It was across the street from a homeless shelter and garbage was all over outside, i felt my car would be broken into. The pool was very nice and kids were. Unruly and danger to others even with their parents present. I complained to manager and nothing was done.

There was a disgusting homeless encampment on the sidewalk directly across the street from the front lobby. We will NOT return and will NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. Upon check out, both employees were outside smoking. They both stunk of cigarette smoke and needed to wash their hair. Disgusting.

The front desk staff were welcoming and helpful. My room as clean and comfortable, and my family loved the waterslide. The stay would have been great; however the property is next to a homeless shelter which resulted in shouting, fireworks going off that sounded like gunshots, and visits from the police.
