"The hotel is very nice and clean. Staffs are very friendly. Only thing that I was disappointed was there is no refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. They provide hot water in the lobby. Free parking spots are available but limited."
"A unique setting in a beautiful area. The hotel is located right next to the Rhine River in a scenic location where the river moves rapidly with a soothing sound. The view also includes a small island that is a pedestrian park. The surrounding historic center city is well preserved and gives you a real feeling for what the area looked like in the Middles Ages. Furnishings are dimple but comfortable. The hotel restaurant is good, but expensive, and there are many other dining choices nearby. The local thermal springs spa at Sole Uno is one of the best in Europe."
"2 tram rides from Zurich centre about 40 mins, trams every 15 mins and stop just outside hotel.
Staff very helpful when I asked for a travel plug (different to the round 2 pin) to charge my phone (usb outlet in room no usbc). Room was clean, window had nice electrical shutters outside, breakfast was good."

Room is amazing and very big, bathroom is opulent with high end sanitary equipment, rain shower was excellent."
