"Staff was very helpful but at times didnโt follow through. We asked for help with separating the beds and that help never came. Room was clean but when we separated the beds it was clear theyโve not cleaned underneath Elevators were slow and then one stopped working. Hotels seemed to be almost at capacity so the wait was very long. Beautiful views but prepare to have late nights without sleep as the hotel is in the middle of the resort and there is a lot of noise and lights. Curtains help with the light. You can use some ear plugs tho if you want to turn in early."

"Lovey hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. There is a good choice of pools, although the indoor one was closed during our stay. The sea is not too far of a walk. The gym is non existent however which was disappointing. The spa has a good selection of equipment and treatments. Overall, Golden Sands looked unkept with rubbish everywhere, despite regular rubbish collections. Also, a lot of the pavements were uneven and with damaged tiles which made walking to and from the beach difficult. Itโs a shame really."
