The view along the river is nice and staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was well-maintained and clean. However, the restaurant was closed indefinitely, despite advertising it as a feature--one which encouraged us in choosing this hotel. Also, the bowling alley was closed on Tuesdays, which was not mentioned in the advertising. So we felt somewhat deceived on both counts.

Rooms large and comfortable. Looked like they were upgrading decor. Unique small bowling alley on premises. Hotel doesn't have an elevator and as a senior carrying luggage upstairs can be challenging. Finding recreation area also a challenge, lots of twists, turns and stairs. I assume it is an older facility with additions. Overall all clean place, quiet and comfortable beds.

Very nice and clean. Pool could be warmer. Happy to jump in a nice big hot tub and sauna! Surprise- there was a very fun little bowling alley with disco lights and music! Room very clean and good shower pressure. I love a firm bed and this one was perfect for me! Walls a bit thin but it might've just been the group next door was a bit loud! My only bummer is there is no elevator and we were put on the second floor and the stairs are wide but a bit steep. My 85 yr old mother in law was with us. I would have requested first floor if I had known this. Nice place for the area! I'd stay again for sure.

My young kids loved staying at this hotel for the March break weekend. They went bowling for the first time and enjoyed the experience. I have a 5 and 3 year old and we would definitely stay here again.

I just felt that the staff member that checked me in wasn’t as friendly as he should’ve been. It seem like I was an inconvenience every time I approach the desk and he was there. I was not made aware that the pool and the restaurant was closed when I booked my reservation, I was there for four nights and I was informed that housekeeping would be cleaning my room each day, unless I put a do not disturb on the door. I woke up on the Friday morning and left for the day when I came back, I noticed that someone put the do not disturb on the door and I know for a fact that I did not put the do not disturb on the door because I wanted my garbage collected that day. all in all, it’s a great property first time staying there. I definitely will stay there again. The rooms are spacious, and most of the other staff are very friendly that I encountered.

We specifically booked that place because we stayed there many times. The pool was closed and we weren’t told that in advance. The room rate was more than we ever paid, and the room was dirty especially the floors. Definitely unsatisfactory.

Staff was friendly enough. The on-site restaurant was only open for breakfast. My biggest complaint would be the bugs constantly flying out of the bathroom sink drain in my room and the lack of ventilation in the bathroom as well!

Staff enters without consent & leaves door open
Booked 2 nights (Fri-Sun) Inside room said policy is to clean rooms every 3 nights. Left at 7:15 am Saturday morning to return at 8:30pm to my door left open. Cleaning staff came in moved my personal belongings to make the beds. My son’s hockey cards were left in a disaster spread all across the floor. Went to pool Saturday night (hot tub is disgusting) and my friend staying beside me while at pool had someone enter her room and do the same thing. My other friend had staff walk into her room twice unannounced. Another friend had a bracelet stolen from staff right after checking out of room. Person on duty made us new cards but suggested putting a knife in door way as extra security. Complained and hotel refuses to offer any type of compensation for leaving my room door open and rummaging through my property without consent. $509 for two nights for unprofessionalism and dirty / sketchy pool area. Will not return

Pool area dim and very warm. Access to pool area very wet and dirty, like walking through muddy puddles. Way to pool not well signed. Second floor very hot in hallways. Cleaning staff leave multiple bags of garbage in hallways with cleaning carts, unprofessional and dirty looking. This was the case on arrival and departure. Room itself was clean. Bed was not comfortable. Restaurant was ok… breakfast potatoes had a refrigerated and reheated taste… would prefer deep fried. Desk staff not friendly, didn’t look up unless you approached them. I expect more especially given the rate paid, this wasn’t a budget discount rate.

When we checked in they gave us a room that was already occupied. When we went back to the front desk they upgraded our room to one of their best rooms. The room was spacious and had been updated. The hot water in the bathroom didn’t work. The bed was old. The room was dirty and smelled like air freshener. The TV was old and very confusing as there was no remote. Their was a hot tub in the room. Once we started filling it their was all kinds of stuff floating around. The smoke detector was broken and kept beeping every 30 seconds. There was no elevator in the hotel and we were on the second floor. This is not an accessible property. We will NEVER book a Quality inn in the future.

This was a nice room (double queen), over-looking the river (would be really nice in warmer weather). My only complaint, but a big one, is that every lamp in the room had bright white fluorescent bulbs. Not warm white, but bright white. The bathroom (thank god) had warm white bulbs. Anyhow, the lamps were so bright I felt like I was in an operating room when I turned them on.
