"I did not receive the text message or email with the information required to complete the registration prior to the arrival. Neither was the information of the location of the reception office. I arrived at the hotel location before 2:00 p.m. It was not until one of the facilities employees came to us and guided us in which direction to go to get into the reception office. At that point, we had already been waiting for one hour. After we completed the check-in process, we headed to the room and the door did not open. We went back to the reception office for at least three times, and the receptionist scanned the keys a couple of times before calling maintenance. We waited for maybe twenty minutes before the maintenance person arrived and recalibrated the door and reset the keys. Besides that hiccup at the beginning, the facilities personnel were extremely helpful and polite. The room was clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and every day the towels were replaced and the toiletries were replenished."

"This property was amazing I love how close I was to the beach, room was very clean and comfortable, staff was very helpful with the check in process. I really appreciated that you can park your car right in front your door. I will definitely come back! The only thing I didn’t like is that other visitors staying next door was being very loud late at night and wake me up from my sleep at 1 am, this is definitely something to consider if you are traveling with kids."

"Room was definitely not cleaned. Dirty napkins and just generally not wiped down. Solo cups left from the previous guest on the back deck. The views and location were awesome. Also no guarantee in getting a beach front umbrella in front of the rooms. People come early and reserve spots with towels and then maybe they show up maybe not."

"Great view from the beach the best part! Room lacks some amenities like a microwave or water outside to wash your feet from the beach and some more chairs/ beach supplies would be nice. Fantastic view and comfortable bed!"

"great location, super fun beachy area. Very walkable to dining, shopping, beach. Dedicated free parking was great as street parking was limited. Cute condo, it was a tight fit for the 4 of us, but we made it work. The property was clean and welcoming. Everything was super and we want to come back!"
