"Best weekend getaway spot"

"I purchased this hotel and bought the protection just in case. Even though it doesn’t seem to matter. I purchased this room because it had a jetted tub well when speaking with front desk they did not have any available. I want a full refund as we did not stay due to no jetted tub. I have been waiting for someone to return my phone call since I spoke with front desk. Have not heard a single thing back. I am very disappointed in this. How are you gonna take my money when I didn’t even stay. "

"I got a room with roaches but they switched me up thankfully. People live in this place and it's very weird and the outside was kinda crazy. Wouldnt be back if I had to. Hopefully this review helps."

"Only one night stay overall excellent, except I checked in little past 4 and was given a Special needs room I did not requested,gave me issues saying was the only room left , I was not happy at all, bathroom size was huge, after a while we were downgraded to room with only 1 king and the sofa bed, I had to take even if the room rate should be cheaper. Pool was closed due to weather, bummer we were looking forward to enjoy at least that, however Oak & Stone rooftop restaurant was still open and view was beautiful . Overall room was clean, breakfast excellent and the lady that transferred us to the new room was very nice as well."

"Loud noises from people who appear to live there. Dated and smells like cigarette smoke from the 1970's. Helpful staff. Nice pool "

"Elevator was broken and breakfast was from 6-9am. The eggs for breakfast were gone by 6:30."
