"Good location next to Boston good rate good sized room but AC didn’t work in a hotel smelled weird"

"From start to finish had an amazing experience. Free shuttle from airport let us check in at 11am instead of 3pm. Staff was amazing. Great breakfast and then free shuttle back to airport long after we checked out that morning. Would most definitely stay here again and refer other to stay there."

"We booked the king bed room and it was great- spacious, clean, stylish. The location was great, also,right in the middle of the pedestrian area with shopping and restaurants all around us, and all our sightseeing trips within walking distance. Staff was great. Just a few negatives- we booked, partially, due to the rooftop bar and lower level bar, only to find out they are both closed on Mondays, our only full day there. This wasn't evident when we booked. Also, we are coffee drinkers who like a cup first thing in the morning before we leave the hotel, and again in the evening before we head out for dinner. There are no in room coffee makers, and the only coffee available was in the lounge from 7-11am. Also no ice machines. They do offer water stations on each floor. The last issue is lack of on-site parking and restricted access to hotel lobby vehicle drop off due to pedestrian zone. We did plan for this, and turned in our rental car when we got into town, and were able to walk to train station with luggage with no issues. All in all we enjoyed our stay, great location and staff. "

"The room was clean but a bit outdated. I highly recommend this location. Airport transfer was a big draw for me. However, staff was not clear on directions to get the shuttle from Terminal E. Very confusing. Overall a good stay."

"Room and property were immaculate Having the casino there was added fun on days not wanting to go out on the town. Restaurants were great as dar as food quality and staffing. All in all a wonderful experience!"

"Hawthorne Hotel was warm and welcoming! We loved the atmosphere and strongly enjoyed all the amenities. We really enjoyed Sophie at the front desk for being a great person! We also enjoyed Matt the server who works The Tavern and Hawthorne restaurant! Excellent team members."
