"We had a short stay which was a bummer but it was our chance at a quick getaway for our 10yr anniversary. A night to ourselves w/o our children doesn’t come often so we always hope to make it worth it. This hotel met & then exceeded our expectations; starting with the front desk/staff who didn’t let the late night hours interfere with their dedication to customer service & making us feel warm & welcomed from start to finish. Not only were they super nice, but they made it a point to go above & beyond after informing us that due to our late-night check-in, they had run out of the suites I originally booked. W/o skipping a beat, they upgraded us to a presidential suite to accommodate us for the inconvenience. (They had no idea we were on our anniversary trip nor did they realize how much sweeter they had just made our trip) The room itself (smoking room) was a little outdated, but it was clean. I was completely taken aback at how clean & fresh it smelled! That confirmed just how well the hotel is taken care of. Room service for breakfast the next morning was a tad pricey but the food was exquisite & all the staff were super friendly. The convenience of having the other hotel connected along with a variety of shops & fine dining; this hotel was absolutely everything we wanted and needed for our special night. Thank you for making our quick anniversary overnight into a night for us to remember. We can’t wait to come back! "
