"This was my second stay at this hotel. While my first visit was excellent, this one fell short in several ways.
Service: The staff were polite but not particularly helpful. I wasn’t informed of the wifi details, amenities, breakfast hours, or pool and fitness center hours. I also didn’t receive the complimentary beverage for two guests that is included once per stay.
Room: I was not given the newly renovated room I had requested. My room did not have a shower, which I later learned depends on the room assigned. Robes, I discovered, are only provided in rooms on the second floor, so I didn’t receive one. Staff weren’t able to offer an alternative, and I wasn’t made aware of this beforehand. The bathroom ceiling was in need of repair, the toilet seat was deteriorating and needed replacing, and the water pressure was quite weak.
Overall: Since we stayed only one night, it was a decent experience. For a longer stay, I would request a different room."
