Friendly staff, clean rooms . Breakfast was well supplied. There is outside noise, but that's expected from being in city centre. The rooms themselves were reasonably well soundproofed and there wasn't too much noise coming from the corridor.

My room was super noisy. Other than that, the check in was quick and easy, staff friendly. The room is more bare bone than other holiday inn express property I am used to but clean and functional. I would go back if I could have a room that’s not facing the traffic

Liked the quiet room. Very pleasant. Breakfast area was clean. Hotel a short walk from shopping centre and train station. Did not like room window not opening. Made it stuffy. Also more tea, coffee sachets preferable. Staff were all amazing. Professional and courteous. Very good price to stay.

Well located and very convenient (and cheap) parking right next to the hotel. Room was comfortable although hot and with no air conditioning it was fairly noisy with the window open at night due to the main road. Otherwise the breakfast was good and staff friendly and helpful.

Well located next to train and bus stations and Bradford city centre. Staff were really helpful and friendly. The room was well appointed and comfortable. The breakfast was of a reasonable standard. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Bradford.

Great stay and shout out to Jay on reception for the brilliant welcome and information about the hotel. The room was a bit dated (the carpet looked very old) but it was clean and for 1 night did the job. A nice breakfast selection as well. Would go back.
