the hotel was average at best. the staff were very to the point, no chit chat slightly hostile with us. the room itself was very basic - only 1 pillow had to put a towel underneath it to plump it up. very small but has what you need for one night - wouldn’t recommend if you actually plan to spend time in the hotel.

The staff were friendly enough - nothing over the top in terms of providing excellent customer experience but nothing to complain about. The walls were thin and you could hear everything going on in the corridor/other rooms. There were only half a dozen parking spaces and parking was chargeable daily. Breakfast cost £4.95 per person but was just coffee juice and cereal, not worth it. It really was a budget experience in that it would be okay to stay one night while travelling through. I don't think I would recommend or go there again. I think even something small would have given a better impression like tiny toiletries in the room or something. Just generally below average.

The hotel was fine for the price. The only downside was that they open for breakfast at 5.30am when a lot of homeless people come in to eat and it is quite noisy

We checked in very late to find out our confirmed and paid room to be given to another party. We were given a card to gain entrance to a room where we found 4 naked men in our reserved room. There was no spare rooms available in the hotel . A disastrous non stay. We be asking for a full refund and and hopefully a goodwill gesture.

Accommodation was as expected, basic, but suitable, clean, etc. for the price. Location ok in terms of accessibility, shopping close by etc. Reduction for the noise throughout day and night. Opening windows is not possible and needed, whatever you want to hear, you hear anyway as the windows don't take out anything. My room was to the road and sun-exposed, so noisy and very warm/boiling. Really annoyed I was, when coming back home finding an penalty charge of 100£ in my letter box for parking - I have paid my parking fee! Now in the appeal process, but I find it really annoying. I use hotels a lot, never had that before.

All dressed up and nowhere to go
turned up to be told key workers only and proof would be needed. We were 100 miles from home. No mention of this when we booked. We are regular customers and were very disappointed

Nice budget hotel but.......
Nice budget hotel with microwave at reception my only gripe was to much traffic noise even though it was double glazed if i stay agaun will request back room

Its cheap, but not worth what you spend
I was greeted by a moody member of staff. I entered the room and immediately it looked tired abd shabby. The room was freezing as they had left the window open. The heating just about worked so spent the night shivering.

Firstly the room floor was never cleaned unless asked every time. The rubbish was never taken out of the rooms. The toilet roll never gets replaced unless you to go to reception. You have a lot of Local people who book this place and make to noice on weekends when you’re tying to sleep. I will never book into this again I’d rather pay the extra and go elsewhere next time.
