"The heat/cool fan was horribly noisy, we had to turn it off to talk or sleep. The plumbing was very noisy too. Placement of TV in sitting area made no sense, was on side of seating instead of in front for viewing. Otherwise, site was clean and convenient, staff cheerful and helpful, suite and amenities ..."

"It was terribly dirty. And they charge a linen fee. And you're not allowed to ask questions, or you get kicked out. The worst hotel i've ever stayed at. Was promised a refund for 2 of my 3 days. And it's been two weeks and haven't gotten nothing."
