So the staff were superb, particularly claudia.i had a small problem with the bike ,she was on the the phone to various garages,gave me her personal number in case I needed a translator,she finally found a garage that could do the work,and even called them to make sure I found it ok, just an outstanding human, I have friends who would have done less,I'm very much in her gratitude, overall the hotel is good.breakfast really nice,and people friendly,I don't know if it was too early in the season but the restaurant was closed so no dining at the hotel,maybe check.the pool and spa looked first class but didn't have chance to use them in my 2 day stay

Room is very big and the bed is comfortable. We discovered on arrival that the restaurant was closed for refurbishment. Some facilities in the rooms were not working (plugs and broken toilet seats). Otherwise we enjoyed our stay but having the restaurant open would have really helped.

A bit disappointing comparing with the photos … First of all, the spa are is outside of hotel, and was not clean, only the suana was open. Secondly, the quality of breakfast was poor for a 4 star hotel. Lastly, this hotel is more for tour organizers and you can be unlucky to wait 10 minutes for a elevator because 40 persons are waiting…

I stayed at this hotel in Bragança and had a very disappointing experience. The air conditioning was nonexistent, which made the summer heat unbearable. I got stuck in the elevator for a few minutes, and the hallway lights on my floor were off at night, which felt unsafe. The TV signal kept cutting in and out, and to make things worse, the gym was advertised as free, but they charged for access after 6 PM—something they don’t mention upfront. While the staff were friendly and the room was clean, the hotel is in poor condition overall. Cleanliness alone doesn’t make up for the lack of basic amenities. I wouldn’t recommend staying here, especially during the warmer months.

O hotel parece estar faltando conservação principalmente no setor da piscina que o mato está grande e cresce entre o piso. A piscina fica em um lugar baixo onde não se tem uma vista agradável, solicitamos algo para comer e um suco e uma cerveja pedimos para anotar no quarto, pois normalmente é assim e no checkout fazemos o pagamento, mas logo na sequência veio o funcionário pedindo efetuar o pagamento, pois não tinha como lançar meu marido teve que retornar ao quarto para buscar o dinheiro.
