"I'm sorry but i cannot leave a good review for this location. there were a couple of things that i was not happy with as a Hilton honor member. here are the issues i had, 1. when my door was knocked on for house keeping , i asked if she can come back a little later and she responded to me with ( well I'm not going to be here later). i found that to be rude and then later in the day a couple of hrs later i saw the same women downstairs at the front desk. 2. when i did return to my room housekeeping was there but my bed sheets were not changed, the garbage was not removed from the room or bathroom, i did not get new towels (the used ones were only removed) and nothing was wiped down clean.3. the noise level was a big issue ( i do realize it is a college town, and it was busy) but there was a lot of non-guests in the building. i know this because i was standing outside smoking a cigar and i saw it for myself. people were going in through the side door from the parking lot. 4. my brother who is a Hilton diamond member could not use the handicap spot in the parking lot because a non-guest (two females) was using it and place a garbage can in the spot so it could not be used (all the things i am communicating to you should be on camara). 5. i also seen i was charged one price for parking and my brother was charged another price, it seems like there was Price gouging. because once he brought it up to their attention, they changed it. overall, due to this experience here at this loca"

"The mattress need replaced. Big divots on either side. Worst one I’ve seen in a long time. I switched rooms and the new room still had a worn out mattress. Not as bad as first room but they probably all need replaced soon. Breakfast was really good. "

"The rooms were very clean, staff was friendly and we always bring our dog with us which was a great convenience for us! The pool is always lovely!"

"All the amenities you could want to have a comfortable stay. Laundry access, snack bar, hot tub, in room fridge and microwave, k-cup coffee machine. Lots of nice seating areas in lounge with gas fire places, bar right there, convenient gas fire pit seating area outside. Excellent all around. "

"Room 120 could do with a little freshening with bathroom door paint and small peeling of ceiling paint. Nothing major"
