"Clean water park ! Just seen throw up in elevator … disgusting "

"The floor we were on smelled like weed. It also did when we stayed there 5 years ago and decided to give them another try. Still the same. The workers at breakfast were not the friendliest. Other than that, the pool guys were nice and we really didn't have any interactions with the front desk except when we checked in. Pool areas were clean and well kept. "

The only thing hindering us was the pool was down for maintenance and there no communication and we came from Michigan so was really looking forward to swimming with my toddler. Elevator was having problems but overall staff was friendly, rooms nice, breakfast was very good! "

"Pool is cold. No mircwave in room. They locked us out of our room 1 day before we was scheduled to leave so they had to redo out arm band's."

"Everything was great except for the elevators. There were only 2 out of 3 working elevators for a nearly sold out property. It took nearly 25 mins to bring our luggage cart down for checkout due to every car being full. Aside from this the hotel was clean, great breakfast and quiet rooms."

"Overall the property is great! Vast space, incredible amenities, and even daily scheduled activities for kids! Buuuuut most of the staff was highly disappointing- beginning at check in. I had completed early check in online and was met by a very rude woman at the counter snapping at me for trying to recheck in- I didn’t realize they had a small table off to the side to pick up my keys from. After getting my welcome packet she told me to go back to the front desk to ensure my room was ready and she snapped another snarky response at me. Move onto to room. It’s as good as it needed to be. Nothing over the top but more than efficient. We attempted a craft. Made it there 10 minutes from the end to be met by two ladies- sitting and chatting with one another and we were told we were too late and could only take the craft back to our room to complete independently. Days later similarly we attempted to do a tie die back pack activity, which cost an additional fee and were told we were too late and could no longer participate. Another day we came to do a craft and my four boys were asked to move from the seats they selected bc that table was “for display only” yet moments later another family arrived and sat with no issue, despite there still being several other tables to have been redirected towards as we had been. We also did gem mining during our stay- and additional $30 for a bag of dirt and when I asked for separate baggies for my four boys I was told no. Also gym was pathetic."
